Two civilians and two Afghan soldiers were injuried last night as consequence of an insurgents’ attack in Farah province. The wounded people were evacuated by Coalition Forces Helicopters to the ISAF Forward Operating Base of Farah where medics of the Forward Surgical Team provided first aid.
The insurgents’ attack happened in a village between Khak-e- Safayd and Farah during a movement of a ANSF and ISAF’s convoy towards Farah. this event remarks even more the insurgents’ total disregard for the Afghan people and for their rights to live safe in their houses. The incident is currently under investigation.
