The Peace Jirga of Ghor was held in Chaghcharan, the Capital city of Ghor province in the western region of Afghanistan. The Jirga was organized by the Governor’s office and The Department of Borders and Tribal Affairs in Ghor. More than ten dozens of representatives of GIRoA, local elders and spiritual leaders from different districts of the province participated in the event.
